Contract Job Trauma
Ah! I feel the pain of contract job after had discussion with my very close friend. She is working in top notch company in india on contract. Finally her contract will going to over this month end. Now she is looking for another break after successful completion of her assignment for a year with company. I come to know that why this happens. I realizes few major points which are going with companies due to recession but this case not really touch to recession subject infact this is cause to change of superior designated man.
She is about to lose her job and searching new one. As per discussion, her contributed the point that her changed superior manager wants to hire new fresh IITns and NITns and thus they show the out gate for experienced contract professional. Does it correct?
Would the company really not thinking about the experienced professional who knows the process and work environment and can execute the task in time?
Does company try to show status symbol to hire new IITns and NITns and neglecting experienced one who are not belongs to IIT or NIT. If yes, where Does RGPV stands for?
Does top superior people not believe talent of existing profession and looking for new team building which may cause cost to trained them I mean loss of time.
Its really painful to struggle again to search a job.
Does India really going in right direction in human resource management?
